When the ordinary hollow anchor is used in the side wall or the downward inclined part of the anchor hole, the bottom grouting of the anchor hole and the exhaust grouting of the outlet of the anchor hole should be adopted. The mortar in the anchor hole should be filled from  inside to outside, and the hollow anchor body should be used as both the grouting pipe and the grouting pipe.
The hollow anchor manufacturer introduces that when the ordinary hollow anchor is used in the arch or the anchor hole inclined upward and the elevation angle is greater than 30 degrees, the grouting technology of grouting at the anchor hole entrance and exhaust at the bottom of the anchor hole should be adopted. The mortar in the anchor hole is filled from outside to inside, the mortar is injected into the anchor hole by the grouting pipe, the hollow inner hole of the hollow  anchor bolt body is used as the exhaust and return grouting pipe, and the air in the anchor hole is used as the hollow When the inner hole is discharged and the grouting is completed, the plug should  be installed immediately. The inner diameter of the hollow bolt body for the slurry feeding pipe and the concurrent slurry feeding pipe shall not be less than 16 mm. The grouting pipe outcrop shall have threads  or other grouting connection devices. The hollow bolt body should be centered. The outer surface of the hollow bolt body shall have continuous threads matching the nuts with pitch of 8 mm to  13 mm and  thread height of 1.5 mm to 2 mm.
When the hollow bolt body with exhaust device is used, the  hollow bolt body for both the slurry pipe and the hollow bolt body can be connected through the connecting sleeve. The slurry outlet should be set on the connecting sleeve, and the slurry outlet should not be  less than 2, the diameter should not be less than 16 mm, and should be uniformly arranged in the radial direction. The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe connected with the hollow inner hole  of the hollow  bolt body shall not be less than 6 mm. Hollow bolt body can be long by connecting sleeve, and welding between connecting sleeve and hollow bolt body should not be used.
Hollow bolt body material: Hollow bolt body should  be  preferred to use seamless steel tube for structure conforming to GB/T8162 and grade Q345. On the premise that the carbon equivalent Ceq is not more than 0.55%  and the  elongation A is not less than 16%  after breaking ,  the hollow  bolt body  can adopt  other grades  of seamless  steel pipe that meet the national or industrial standards. The calculation of carbon  equivalent  Ceq  value should  comply with GB/T  1499.2-2007.
