Emulsified liquid spot occurs because the iron powder particles on the surface of rolled strip adsorb a large amount of concentrated oil and encapsulate the iron powder particles into oil film, in which the water vapor reacts with the iron powder particles to form iron oxide, thus creating voids between the iron powder particles, resulting in oxidation reaction between the water vapor and the additives and the self-drilling hollow anchor rod, and forming loose oxidation parts on the surface of the plate. When the iron oxide layer is annealed and heated, oil and gas can not be discharged in the enclosed chamber area around the formation, but into the iron oxide layer to form emulsified liquid spots. The metal surface of steel tube is cold welded or melted due to pressure, and then the metal particles fall off and oxidize rapidly due to relative movement. Both of them produce oxidized rust particles, which destroy the metal interface. Oxygen is very important in frictional corrosion, but some frictional corrosion does not need oxygen. The protective method can apply lubricating grease on the contact surface, which can reduce friction and eliminate oxygen. If the surface is phosphated at the same time, it is more effective.
